This installment centers on the Smurl family’s haunting in 1986, where Jack and Janet Smurl claimed that a malevolent force terrorized their Pennsylvania home, including Jack reportedly being sexually assaulted by a demon.
This film takes place five years after The Devil Made Me Do It and showcases the Warrens as they consider retirement from their ghost-hunting career. However, they spring into action when the Smurls request urgent help with the violent supernatural presence threatening their family.
