Lancaster County Athletes Shine in Pennsylvania Boys Basketball All-State Selections
In an impressive showcase of talent, Pennsylvania’s sports writers have announced their boys basketball all-state teams across six classifications, highlighting notable players from Lancaster County.
Under the spotlight in Class 1A, Neighborhood Academy’s Courtney Wallace has been named Player of the Year, with Jordan Marks earning Coach of the Year honors. Lancaster County’s own Jerry Johnson Jr. from La Academia Partnership Charter made the Second Team, showcasing the region’s competitive spirit.
Class 2A honors go to Linville Hill Christian’s Stephen Smucker as Player of the Year, while Coach Mike Schatzmann leads the team selections. Giovanni Sejuste, also from Linville Hill, made the First Team, further emphasizing the school’s prowess in basketball.
