The IUP baseball team faced off against California (Pa.) on the road, dropping the series with two losses. Despite an early lead in game one, IUP left seven runners on base and couldn’t capitalize, eventually falling to the Vulcans. Top hitters included Mike Huber, Mitchell Grosch, Robert Carfagno, and Ricardo Aponte, each with two hits. In game two, the Vulcans scored the lone run in the bottom of the third.
