A 38-year-old man from Penbrook has been arrested in connection with an arson that took place at the Governor’s Residence overnight. Cody Balmer, with a Harrisburg P.O. box address, has been charged with attempted murder, terrorism, aggravated arson, and aggravated assault against specific individuals. The charges were announced by Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo during a press conference at the residence, where Lt. Col. George Bivens of the Pennsylvania State Police also spoke.
