Penn Football’s Head Coach, Ray Priore, has announced the addition of three new members to his coaching staff for the upcoming 2025 season. Tyree Foreman joins as the tight end coach, Elias Miller as the Director of Football Operations, and Owen Hartman as the Director of Player Personnel & Development.
Foreman comes from Temple University, where he coached running backs and had success developing high-profile players. Miller has experience with Penn Men’s Lacrosse and will now oversee football operations, while Hartman, who previously worked at Marist, will focus on player development and recruitment.
Priore expressed excitement about the new additions, highlighting their diverse skill sets and passion for developing student-athletes. He believes their experience and energy will be invaluable in continuing to build the program’s storied tradition.
Other coaching changes include David Josephson moving to wide receivers coach and pass-game coordinator, and Rick Ulrich transitioning to running backs coach. Priore is confident in the expertise and leadership that the new hires will bring to the team.
The additions of Foreman, Miller, and Hartman complete the coaching staff for the 2025 season. For more updates on Penn Football, fans can follow @PennFB on social media platforms and visit PennAthletics.com. #BEGREAT#FightOnPenn
