The University of Pennsylvania women’s swimming and diving team is sending two swimmers, Anna Moehn and Sydney Bergstrom, to represent the Quakers at the 2025 NCAA Championships in Federal Way, Wash. Moehn, a junior, will be competing for the second year in a row after qualifying in the 1,650 freestyle and being seeded 25th. Bergstrom, also a junior, qualified in the same event, seeded 36th.
Moehn had a successful showing at the Ivy Championships, winning three silver medals in the 500 free, 200 free, and 1,650 free events. Bergstrom took home a bronze medal in the mile event with a time of 16:07.96.
Last year, the team had an All-American, Anna Kalandadze, who placed fourth in the 1,650 free. Moehn finished 33rd in the mile event and 59th in the 500 free.
