Gymnastics Team to Compete in Two Road Meets in Five Days against #23 UNC on Friday and Towson on Tuesday


The University of Pennsylvania gymnastics team is gearing up for two meets in five days as they enter the final stretch of the 2025 regular season. The team will first compete in Chapel Hill, N.C. against No. 23 North Carolina, Temple, and Yale before heading to Towson for a quad meet with Towson, George Washington, and West Virginia.

The Quakers are riding a four-meet winning streak and are averaging a score of 195.062. They recently repeated as Ivy Classic champions, with three individual title winners and 10 Quakers earning 18 All-Ivy honors. Junior Skyelar Kerico was named Gymnast of the Week for her standout performance at the Ivy Classic, becoming the first Penn gymnast to win multiple titles at one Ivy Classic since 2012.

In upcoming meets, the Quakers will face tough competition with teams ranked inside the top 36 in the Road to Nationals rankings. North Carolina, Temple, and Yale have all been impressive in recent meets, while Towson, George Washington, and West Virginia have also shown their strengths in competition.
