Derry Township Home Sells for Record $1.3 Million, Leading Dauphin County Sales
Derry Township has recently made headlines with the sale of a stunning single-family home for $1.3 million, marking the highest residential real estate transaction in Dauphin County over the past week. In total, 93 residential properties were sold in the county, averaging $264,288 in price, with a price per square foot of $160 recorded.
The impressive property at 343 E. Granada Avenue boasts 2,772 square feet and was built in 2000, selling for a substantial $478 per square foot. The deal was finalized on November 21, contributing significantly to the county’s real estate market.
Other notable sales include a single-family residence at 2749 Westhampton Terrace in Conewago Township, which sold for $875,000. This property features 5,063 square feet and was built in 2004, with a price per square foot of $173.
Further down the list, homes in Derry Township continue to show strong sales numbers with properties at 1210 Cardinal Way Road and 550 Indian Run Drive selling for $700,000 and $615,000, respectively. Another highlight is the 162 Enders Road residence in Jackson Township, priced at $695,000.
The week also saw sales for homes located in the Harrisburg area, including a house at 1804 Driftstone Drive for $449,900, and 755 Glenn Drive for $455,000, showcasing the vitality of the local real estate market.
