The University of Philadelphia women’s tennis team is gearing up to host the Ivy League Invitational at the Hamlin and Hecht Tennis Centers. The four-day event will feature 29 athletes, with Gavriella Smith, Maya Urata, Sarah Wang, and Lara Stojanovski representing Penn. Stojanovski, who reached the semifinals in doubles at the ITA Regional, will be teaming up with Urata for this tournament. Smith, who made it to the round of 16 in singles at the ITA Regional, will partner with Wang in doubles. The schedule includes doubles and singles matches each day, starting on Friday at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. respectively. The action will continue through Monday, giving tennis fans plenty to look forward to. The team is eager to showcase their skills and compete against talented opposition in this prestigious event.
