In the end, the women’s team secured first place with 28 points.

The upcoming Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships will be Penn’s next challenge, set to take place on November 2 in Princeton. The Haverford Invitational proved to be a successful event for the Penn cross country teams, with strong individual performances leading to a first-place finish for the women and impressive showings from the men. The competition at the Ivy League Championships will provide a tougher challenge for Penn, but the team is optimistic about their prospects based on their performance at the Haverford Invitational.
