Richard Rinehart was last spotted around 6:40 a.m. on Manchester Street in Shrewsbury. He is described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 155 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, Rinehart was driving a white 2009 Lincoln MKX, with the license plate number LPM7493.
Investigators are urging anyone who may have seen Rinehart or have any information regarding his whereabouts to come forward. The authorities believe that community assistance could be crucial in locating him safely.
