Manfredi Graziani representing the University of Pennsylvania men’s tennis team recently competed in the ITA East Sectional Championships but unfortunately exited the tournament after a Round of 32 draw against #57 Luca Staeheli from NC State resulted in a two-set loss. Graziani was scheduled to play against Codie van Schalkwyk from Old Dominion in the Consolation Round of 32 Singles but had to withdraw due to an injury, allowing van Schalkwyk to advance on a walkover.
With Graziani’s elimination from the tournament, the Penn men’s tennis fall season has come to a close. They are set to resume competition in 2025. Despite the early exit, the team remains optimistic for their upcoming matches.
