The most significant transaction during this period was a 1,512-square-foot home on Simmons Road in Monroe Township, which sold for $326,500, highlighting the robust activity in the region.
In Carlisle, several properties changed hands. A notable sale included a 2,522-square-foot home on Mooreland Avenue that sold for $449,900. Other transactions featured homes priced from $135,000 to $505,000, reflecting the city’s varied housing market.
