In the 2024 election in Pennsylvania, voters are deciding who will fill the state’s three row offices – attorney general, auditor general, and treasurer. For the open race for attorney general, Democrat Eugene DePasquale, a former state House member and auditor general, is running against Republican David Sunday, who has been a district attorney in York County since 2018. Other candidates on the ballot include Justin L. Magill (Constitution Party), Eric Settle (Forward Party), Richard L. Weiss (Green Party), and Robert Cowburn (Libertarian).
Incumbent Auditor General Timothy DeFoor, a Republican, is seeking a second term and is challenged by Democrat Malcolm Kenyatta, along with candidates from the Constitution Party, Libertarian Party, and American Solidarity Party.
For state treasurer, Republican incumbent Stacy Garrity is running for a second term against Democrat Erin McClelland, as well as candidates from the Constitution Party, Forward Party, and Libertarian Party.
Live results for each race can be found through the Associated Press, which has a long history of tracking votes and calling races. The Associated Press is careful in declaring winners and will only do so when the trailing candidates have no chance of closing the gap.
