Two men, Alexander Kenyon Carlton Jr. and Calvin Jerade Spence Jr., have been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 29-year-old Davicia Jean Ann Lee at a Cook Out restaurant in North Carolina. A third man, Jamari Treyvon McKnight, is charged with going armed to the terror of the people. The shooting occurred after a fight broke out at the restaurant, with Lee being found dead at the scene. Spence and Carlton were arrested and taken to the Durham County Detention Center without bond, facing multiple charges including first-degree murder. McKnight was also arrested on misdemeanor charges and is currently being held at the Wake County Detention Center. The investigation into the homicide is ongoing, with all findings being passed to the Durham County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. The sheriff’s office described the shooting as an isolated incident. Attorneys for the three men have not been found.
