Top 10 priciest homes sold in Lebanon County from Oct. 7-13


In the past week, Lebanon County saw a total of 46 residential real estate sales, with an average price of $319,511. The most expensive sale was a house in Union Township that sold for $1.9 million, topping the list of the priciest real estate transactions in the county. The property, located at 195 Fort Swatara Road, features a living area of 3,004 square feet and was built in 1925, selling for $623 per square foot.

Other notable transactions included a single-family residence at 488 Boyd Street in Cornwall, which sold for $1.1 million, and a single-family house at 669 Weavertown Road in Jackson Township, which sold for $675,000. The list also included sales of properties in Mount Gretna, Palmyra, and North Lebanon Township.
