Some noteworthy sales include a 2,655-square-foot home in Dickinson Township that sold for $322,875, a 3,363-square-foot home in East Pennsboro Township that sold for $757,000, and a 2,340-square-foot home in Lower Allen Township that sold for $455,000.
In Hampden Township, a variety of homes were sold ranging from a 1,520-square-foot property that sold for $339,000 to a 2,350-square-foot home that sold for $434,900.
Other townships like Lemoyne, Mechanicsburg, Silver Spring Township, and South Middleton Township also saw several home transfers during this time.
