A tragic incident unfolded in Pike County, Pennsylvania, as 32-year-old Colin J. Winkler allegedly stabbed and killed his parents, Jacqueline and Jeffrey Winkler, with a kitchen knife at their Dingman Township home. The Pennsylvania State Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance and arrived to find the bodies of the victims in the kitchen, while Colin was discovered naked on the back deck covered in blood.

Shane Winkler, Colin’s brother, called 911 after Jacqueline had warned him that Colin was experiencing a psychotic break.
