Adam Roethlisberger, a founding member of the rock band Vitriol, has unexpectedly left the band mid-tour, leaving them as a duo consisting of guitarist and vocalist Kyle Rasmussen and drummer Matt Kilner. The band, originally a quartet at the beginning of the year, is scheduled to perform until September 30th according to Loudwire.com.

Rasmussen addressed Roethlisberger’s departure in a video on September 5th, citing financial and interpersonal pressures as reasons for the split. Despite the adversity, Rasmussen and Kilner are determined to continue the tour as a two-piece band, vowing to deliver an unforgettable performance to fans. Their perseverance will be put to the test during their upcoming show at Lovedrafts in Mechanicsburg on September 23rd.
